Find out more about how three of your local hospitals – the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Broadgreen Hospital and the Liverpool University Dental Hospital – have performed in the past year and their plans for the future, at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 28 September.
There will be presentations providing an overview of the past year’s performance and future plans for the Trust We will also present the annual report and accounts for 2015/2016, as well as an insight into the work of the Academic Palliative Care Unit, rated as outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.
Speakers on the day will include Aidan Kehoe, chief executive and John Graham, finance director.
The AGM is taking place on 28 September at 10am in the Lecture Theatre at the Education Centre, Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Prescot Street, L7 8XP. Refreshments will be served after the presentations.
In addition, there are some changes to our Trust Board.
Angela Philips, has been appointed as a non-executive director for the Trust’s term of office began on 2 September 2016 and will end on 1 September 2018.She is entitled to receive remuneration of £6,157 per annum. She has declared no political activity in the last five years.
Joining her as associate non-executive directors from 1 October 2016 till 30 September 2018 is James Kingsland and Susan Young, both are entitled to receive remuneration of £6,157 per annum, neither have declared any political activity over the last five years.
David Killworth’s term of office ended as a substantive non-executive director on 1 September, he will continue on as an associate non-executive director from 2 September 2016 until 31 December 2016.
Bob Burgoyne will also stand down as university nominated non-executive director as he completes his term of office, Malcolm Jackson has took up this position and will stand as non-executive director from 1 September 2016 to 31 August 2018.
